As a Specialist in Back Office (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders and supplier orders. The maintenance of system data, goods receipt postings as well as shipping and receiving the products are also part of your tasks, which make you an indispensable part of our team and contribute significantly to further expanding our success.

YOUR TASKS
- Purchase orders:
- Creating vendor purchase orders and ensuring data accuracy in the system.
- Checking and putting into the system incoming goods
- Shipping Coordination:
- Scheduling and coordinating shipping orders to meet delivery deadlines
- Ensuring on-time and trouble-free deliveries
- Creating and maintaining shipping and logistics documents to ensure traceability and smooth operations
- Customer Communication:
- Point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns regarding quotes, orders, and deliveries
- System Data:
- Data creation and ensuring data correctness in SAP.
YOUR PROFILE
- You excel in organizational and problem solving skills
- You have proactive and committed personality
- You have the ability to accept challenges and continuously improve processes
- You can work precisely and efficiently, even under time pressure
- You have strong communication skills and quality awareness
- Very good German and English language skills that enable you to work effectively in our international environment
- A commercial education is desirable, but your motivation, commitment and ambition are the key qualifications that make the difference
