YOUR MISSION
We are looking for the Global Distribution Manager (m/f/d) for the permanent position.
With a solid background in a high technology market you will be combining your sales and management skills to implement the distribution plan, to develop and manage distributors and their regional sales.
You will work closely with distributors to set their product volume plans, to make product training for their sales force, to lead sales presentations. etc
You should be able to effectively and independently communicate fluently all of our technological aspects and develop long-term strategic relationships with our distributors.
RESPONSIBILITES
Leading sales of our distributors and external sales forces
Developing and realising the distribution strategy in close cooperation with the head of sales
Finding and developing new distributors in currently active and new regions
Taking care of the relations with the distributors, helping them to expand our product distribution
Carrying out target/actual comparison of sales in meetings with our distributors on a regular basis
Leading sales-related topics, such as new products, training, etc.
On-site training, customer visits and participation at exhibitions
You are a relevant interface to Synapticon support, marketing and product management
REQUIREMENTS
MUST - You already have proven extensive professional experience working as a distribution manager on an international level (minimum 5 years), especially in dealing with different cultures, and have gained relevant experience in sales - ideally in industrial automation or robotics
You act confidently and efficiently in contract negotiations and using your excellent English skills
You are passionate for sales, customer oriented and have an entrepreneurial mindset
You are a team player, communicative and assertive
You can work independently, diligently with high quality work standards
